Vata people and kapha people might usually find coconut oil too cold to use. But in the heat of the summer coconut oil is such a panacea of soothing bliss!
Coconut oil has many applications. It is great for soothing your skin after a day in the sun. It’s lovely to mix with salt as an exhilarating, exfoliating scrub. And it is absolutely wonderful as a topping to popcorn.
Rosy Love Coconut Massage Oil is one of my absolute favorite recipes to make with this healthy oil.
Coconut Massage Oil Recipe With Rose
Ingredients
- 1 cup coconut oil
- 4 drops rose essential oil or any essential oil you love
Instructions
- Mix the oils together.
- Apply this oil all over you after a day in the sun or as a nourishing morning oil. Rub it into your forehead and softly apply it under your eyes for healthy skin.
- I like to add a little body glitter to my massage oil to make it a little more fun!
